One of the basic problems a real estate salesperson pre-license student has is learning hundreds of real estate terms. And one of the most proven methods of learning is the use of a basic tool most of us became familiar with in the first grade - the “Flashcard”. 

When a need exists to memorize such things as large numbers of terms, all the fancy computer programs in the world cannot beat the simple “Flashcard” method of learning. 

The versatility of the flashcard cannot be over emphasized.  When a student is at the breakfast table, on the road or even during those long TV commercials while watching a ball game it’s easy for the student to pull a few flash cards from their pocket and do a quick review. 

These cards maximize the learning curve for the student and helps to increase the pass ratio of the overall class.  The term is shown on the front side of the card and a full definition is printed on the reverse side. 

The cards come in a heavy duty plastic container, are tabbed by subject matter and include detailed instructions on how they may best be utilized.
