EMPLOYMENT OPPORTUNITIES

Williams Academy of Real Estate has established an outstanding record of job placement for our graduates. This assistance in job placement is an additional feature this school has taken upon itself for the benefit of our students.  We use a three step process in placing students: 

• We mail a list of graduating students to all real estate companies in the area. This list gives the student’s name, telephone number and mailing address and indicates what the graduate desires in a real estate career (i.e., full or part time positions, administrative positions, desire to work in residential or commercial real estate, etc.).  Students on this list are often contacted by real estate companies with position openings.  Naturally, no graduate’s name is furnished without their permission.
  
  

• We furnish a list of all real estate companies in the middle Georgia area to our students.  This list gives the name, address and telephone number of the company and the managing broker’s name.  the list also includes the names and telephone numbers of all the sales associates belonging to the company.

Georgia real estate law does not allow recruiting for employment opportunities for any real estate brokerage firm in the class room or on the school premises except as outlined above.  It should be further noted that Williams Academy of Real Estate and its staff do not represent, recruit for or recommend any particular real estate brokerage firm. This school receives no compensation or other benefit as result of a student joining a particular brokerage company.
